Greetings, friends!

Last Sunday (8/03), we talked about the emphasis that the scriptures place on the importance of love – love for God and love for others. In today’s world, it is crucial for us to remember that, sometimes, we are the only Christ that people may ever know; so, we must remain vigilant about sharing God’s love with everyone!

This Sunday (8/10), we’ll look at what it means and what it takes to live for a heavenly country. We will also offer blessings to all students, faculty, and staff who are returning to school this month. Join us at 10:00am for Holy Eucharist, followed by coffee hour.

Humanitarian Support for Gaza
Bishop Poulson has solicited our donations for our siblings in Christ in Gaza. He has a colleague who will soon be visiting the region and hopes to give a monetary gift to three bishops there who are working with those of all faiths who are suffering from the unrest in the region. As such, all undesignated donations placed in the offering plate this Sunday will be added to this special fund.

Big Tent Day at RSU

Plan to join us on Wednesday, August 20, from 9:30-2:00 for the annual Big Tent Day on the Rogers State University campus. This is a great opportunity for us to show what we have to offer this community; so, if you’re free for a few minutes or a few hours on this day, join us at the St. Paul’s booth!

Note: we also need folks to help set the booth up at 8:30, and break it down at 2:00.
