Hello, Everyone!
Sermon Themes
Last Sunday (6/21). The 4th Sunday after Pentecost, we celebrated fathers and father figures as well as our second annual Pride Eucharist.
This Sunday (6/28), the 5th Sunday after Pentecost, we celebrate our first annual St. Paul’s Feast Day. On this day, we commemorate our patron saint – Paul – with the inclusion of incense (that’s right, we do have a thurifer who has agreed to lend their skills on this festive occasion), and with carnival-like foods. In conjunction with this celebration, we also recognize the anniversaries of the ordinations of Deacon Emeritus, Linda Paul and of our vicar, Rev. Nancy, both of whom were ordained during the month of June. Please join us at 10 am for Holy Eucharistic, followed by a pot luck coffee hour wherein the festivities continue. Pot Luck theme: Carnival foods.
Tuesdays at RSU
If you missed the first of our Summer Movie Nights, have no fear. Our next movie night will take place at 6pm on July 17. Stay tuned for more details.
In September, we will resume Tuesdays @ RSU with the book Forging a Sacred Weapon by Kathy Baldock.
Cursillo
You are invited to attend the next Oklahoma Cursillo immersive weekend, to be held September 10-13, 2026, at Canyon Camp and Conference Center near Hinton, OK. If you are interested or would like more information, Speak with either Ron or Danny, our local Cursillo sponsors. Cursillo is a way of living out our Baptismal Covenant to learn and grow in Christ’s love. Dedicating ourselves to Christ – through piety, study, and action – enables our faith to become what we need it to be: deeply felt, lived in daily life, and spread by love in word and deed.
Three short sentences describe the core purpose of the Cursillo Movement: Make a friend. Be a friend. Bring a friend to Christ.
To apply to become a Cursillo member, please follow the link below. There are brief sections for you, your clergy, and your sponsor. Please complete and submit by August 15, 2026, for the upcoming weekend.

Ministry/Discretionary Fund
This is an account set up specifically for use to help people who contact us with a need, such as paying an electric or phone bill. Unfortunately, our funds in this account are seriously low right now. Any undesignated offerings received on the 3rd Sunday of each month go towards this fund; but you can contribute to this account anytime.

Food Pantry Needs
Add this to your grocery list: The Pride Community Shelf needs to remain continuously stocked! We have many people who are utilizing this resource, so keep the non-perishables coming! The shelf is located near our entrance through the double red doors of the church next to the small community library.
