Welcome!

Here you will be loved!

Vision

We are an open and affirming congregation that believes that each person is a beloved child of God, gifted and called to community and ministry. We strive to extend the love of Christ to all we meet.

We support and respect the dignity of all persons, regardless of age, race, economic status, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, marital status, family configuration, physical and mental ability, or faith history.

We recognize that there are differences among us but believe that we can love alike even though we may not think alike. We are truly at our best when we listen and grow together. We hope that here you will find a true community of faith; a place where every person is both teacher and student, all are valued equally as their authentic selves, and no one is discriminated against because of the way in which they have been created. We value our diversity and celebrate those differences as intentional acts of God’s creation.  We invite all people to join us in our faith journey towards greater love, understanding, and mutual respect.

We actively seek people from all walks of life to join our church community and its leadership.

Worship

We worship together on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. Our worship service includes readings from the Old and New Testaments, a Psalm, a sermon based on the day’s scriptures, an affirmation of faith using one of the Creeds, congregational prayers, several congregational hymns, and a celebration of the Holy Eucharist, also known as the sharing of Bread and Wine, to all baptized Christians regardless of their denominational background or current status.

Fellowship

On Sundays, we gather in the Parish Hall after our church service for a light snack, coffee and conversation. This gives us an opportunity to enjoy fellowship together, discuss current events and share how God is working within us and our community. We hope that you will consider joining us for a cup of coffee, for a snack, and to share where and how you’ve felt Christ’s presence in your life during your busy week.
