Sioux Ave.<br>Claremore, OK 74017<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shelter Hours (When Active)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Doors open each day:<\/strong> 6:00 AM \u2013 11:00 PM (Call 918-960-9051 during off hours for assistance) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> Noon on the day of shutdown<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Early closure:<\/strong> The shelter may close if no guests arrive by 10:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Pets allowed:&nbsp;<strong>YES &nbsp;<\/strong>(Pets must be crated or leashed and directly supervised by their owner at all times. Owners are responsible for their pet\u2019s behavior and cleanup. Cleanup supplies will be provided).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Failure to follow pet guidelines may result in pets needing to remain crated or, if necessary, guests being asked to make alternate arrangements for their animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Community Warming Shelter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Community Warming Shelter at St. Paul\u2019s Episcopal Church is an emergency winter shelter program administered by the church\u2019s outreach ministry. The shelter exists to provide a safe, warm, indoor environment for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity during periods of extreme winter weather.&nbsp;This ministry is grounded in the Episcopal Church\u2019s Baptismal Covenant to&nbsp;seek&nbsp;and serve Christ in all persons and to respect the dignity of every human being.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shelter&nbsp;operates&nbsp;as a low-barrier warming shelter and operates between <strong>November 1 and March 31<\/strong>, activating during periods of <strong>below-freezing temperatures and winter precipitation, or other severe weather conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the shelter is active, guests have access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Warm indoor sleeping space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hot meals and beverages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blankets, hats, socks, and other cold-weather items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic first-aid supplies<br><em>(All items are based on available donations.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As a <strong>low-barrier shelter<\/strong>, we welcome anyone seeking safety from the cold, provided they are able to follow the shelter\u2019s basic guidelines designed to keep everyone safe and comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shelter Guidelines (When Active)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be respectful of other guests, volunteers, and staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow instructions given by shelter volunteers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise personal belongings and pets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a shared, safe, and calm environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>For More Information or to Volunteer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4de; Phone: 918-960-9051<br>&#x1f4e7; Email: admin@stpaulsclaremore.org<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Community <\/strong>Warming Shelter location:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Paul&#8217;s Episcopal Church, 1310 N.
